Anna was an amazing host! She was very responsive and clear about everything, she welcomed my friend and my dog with no problems. Her place is very quiet, clean, well stocked and was perfect to work from. There is a grocery store nearby, with many options for food and coffee within a 5min walk. Each room has it's own air conditioner which was very helpful during the summer months. My only note was that the second bedroom does not have a window, therefore there is no natural light coming in if you are looking for a bright place to stay at. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Apartment in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby and super accessible by transport (to Manhattan). Safe (I could do my run in all serenite). The apartment is very comfortable. It contains all the amenities described in the listing. The kitchen is top notch. The bed in the master bedroom was very nice (I did not test the other bed). The shared garden is super nice, even in the winter. My cat loved it. Would love to come back!

Anna and Rudy are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They were quick to provide extra towels upon request, which was much appreciated. The Airbnb also had a small desk, making it perfect for remote work. The location is unbeatable for exploring NYC and Brooklyn, offering incredible value for the price.
